The Pipestone plum is one of the best plums for Northern growers. It has large fruit with a tough, red skin that peels easily and a sweet, juicy, golden yellow flesh. This vigorous, productive tree.
Pipestone was introduced in 1942 and developed at the Minnesota Fruit Breeding Farm.
Pipestone and Toka are good plums to plant to cross pollinate each other.
