Washington Strawberry is usually large fruited with waxy yellow skin mottled and striped with red. It's fruit is firm, yellow fleshed and juicy with a nice sub-acid flavor. It ripens early in the Fall season in September. The tree is hardy, healthy and a reliable cropper. The apples will keep well into December. It may be susceptible to fire blight.
