Crimson® Topaz is a new disease resistant dessert apple that harvest about a week before Golden Dlicious, in mid-September. The medium size fruit is an attractive orange-red stripe over a yellow background. It is juicy and tasty. It is a vigorous spurry tree that has an upright growth habit. It is very precocious. The fruit is very resistant to dropping. Resistant to apple scab and mildew.
