RubyRush™ is a new disease resistant apple. It is a cross of GoldRush and Enterprise. It has an appealling red color with aromatic, juicy and crisp flesh. It is also resistant to cedar apple rust and fire blight.
RubyRush™ was bred at the Rutgers/ NJ Ag Experiment Station.
RubyRush™ is a vigorous tree and a prolific setter of fruit which should be thinned well to avoid biennial bearing.
