Bonnies Best apple has an unkown parentage, but could possibly be a cross between the Wolf River and Secor. It is a medium to large fruit with an pale red striping. Flesh is juicy, crunchy and tender with a slightly tart flavor. Ripens in early October. Resists fire blight.
Discovered by Bonnie Keehn on her property in Cooksville, Wisconsin.
