Making Apple Cider Vinegar
Difficulty Level: 3
Recipe Source: Grandma Dee
Directions:
Press or juice your apples & pour the juice into sterile jars.
Put on your sterile lids & place the jars in a dark, cool place. Unscrew the lids and leave them "cracked open" for 30 days.
After 30 days, remove the mother yeast and filter it through a sieve.
Place the remainder back into the sterile jars and seal them. It is done.
