Porter's Perfection is an English cider apple that is striped red on cream with a tart flavor. Its bittersharp juice has high acid and tannins.
Originated in the orchard of Charles Porter of East Lambrook, Somerset, England and introduced in 1907.
Heavy yielding tree that is disease resistant. Biennial cropper. Ripens late October to early November.
