Pear Pie

Where To Cook: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 2 to 3 Cups Chopped Pear
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp minute Tapioca
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt

TOPPING:

  • 2/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ¼ Cup Soft Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix together well, pour into unbaked pie shell. 
Bake 15 min. at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:
Blend and crumble over top of Pie
Bake for 30 more minutes until light Brown. also at 350 degrees F.
