Jumble Cookies

Where To Cook: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks butter, soft or 1 stick butter and 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz. pkg. Semi-sweet real chocolate chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins or dried cherries (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, nuts and raisins OR dried cherries.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheets to cool.
Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, nuts and raisins OR dried cherries.
