Gluten Free - Chocolate Cherry Coconut Cake

Where To Cook: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- ½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix
- ¼ cup butter, room temperature
- ½ cup milk, cow, rice, soy or nut
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can sweetened condensed Milk
Preheat oven & Grease 8×8 baking pan.
Pour cherry pie filling in the bottom of a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle coconut over the cherry pie filling.
Mix together ½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix with butter, milk, lemon juice, egg, hot water, vanilla and lastly sweetened condensed milk.
It will be a bit lumpy, but that's ok. Pour it over coconut and cover it fully. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and serve
