Prunus persica 'Frost'
  • Summary
  • Hardiness Zone & More

Frost® is a relatively new introduction that has been found to be highly resistant to peach leaf curl. It has medium to large sized yellow fruit. It is semi-freestone, and is good for fresh eating or drying. It ripens in mid-season.

Frost® was discovered in western Washington in the humid areas where peach leaf curl is a problem. Although not totally immune, it is reported that its resistance increases as the trees mature.
