Yarlington Mill is an English cider apple that has firm, medium sized fruit with pale yellow skin and a sweet to slightly bittersweet juice that produces a fine cider with good flavor and aroma.

Yarlington Mill dates back to the 19th century where it was found growing out of a wall near a water wheel in Yarlington, West Cadbury. It was used with Kingston Black in European countries to make a famous hard cider.
