Sweetheart™ is very precocious dark red sweet cherry that is self-fertile.  The fruit ripens very late.  Sweetheart can tend to over-produce, so pruning to reduce the crop may be necessary.  It is self-fertile.

Sweetheart™ is a cross between Van and Newstar and came from the Summerland, BC breeding program.
