Sour Cream Peach Kuchen

Ingredients:
- 3 Cup Flour
- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Cold Butter
- 13 small fresh peaches
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- 2 or 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/4 Cup Sugar, baking powder, salt. Cut in Butter. Press in bottom and make 1 inch up side of 13 x 9 pan. Arrange peaches over crust. Put 1 Cup sugar, 1 tsp Cinnamon together and sprinkle over top. Bake 400 degrees F. 15 minutes. Combine egg yolks, sour cream and spread over peaches. Combine 2 to3 Tbsp Sugar to 1/4 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until top is golden brown.
