Grandma's Protein Bars

In a large bowl whisk coconut milk until smooth.
Blend in honey and cinnamon. Mix peanut butter well. Add uncooked oatmeal and mix in well, I use my hands to blend it all together smoothly.

Press into a dish lined with wax or parchment paper.

Chill at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Serving Information
Store in Fridge and enjoy at your leisure.
