Apple Peanut Butter Crisp

In a small bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; stir in butter until crumbly. Set aside.
Grease 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish. Place apples in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples. Bake 50 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned.

· ½ cup flour
· ½ cup rolled oats, quick cooking
· ½ cup brown sugar, packed
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· Dash nutmeg
· ½ tsp salt
· 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
· 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
· 5 or 6 cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
