Cherry - Sweet Varieties

Sweet cherries are one of the most popular fruits to eat and can be easy to grow because of their short season--- less trouble with insects and diseases.  However, expect the birds to start eating them even before they are ripe--- pesky critters!  In general, sweet cherry trees are fairly hardy, but can suffer from short life and winter damage unless well cared for.

Due to phytosanitary restrictions and concerns Grandpa will not accept orders or ship Sweet Cherry or other stonefruits to CA or HI and the following counties in Colorado---Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mesa, Rio Grande, Saguache Counties.  We may limit shipping of certain varieties to the following states---  ID, OR, WA--- depending on their source and virus-free certification status. We cannot ship any stock to CANADA or outside the USA.

Note:  Planting a variety outside of its normal Hardiness Zone will void our normal replacement policy.  Please be careful in your selections!
