Comice pear is a premium dessert pear with rich, juicy, firm, sweet, fine-textured flesh. Fruit is large, broad based, narrow necked and greenish yellow with a red blush and light russet. This erratic cropper has large, very vigorous trees. Ripens late in the season after Bosc.
