Harrow Delight Pear
Pyrus communis 'Harrow Delight'
Harrow Delight is an excellent, early ripening backyard pear. The fruit is medium size with an attractive red blush over a yellow background. The flesh is very smooth and less gritty than most pears. It is highly fire-blight resistant!! Ripens near or ahead of Clapp's in early August.
