Concorde® is an excellent new fresh variety from England. It has very attractive, long yellow fruit. The fruit is medium sized with excellent crisp, white flesh. It has excellent flavor and keeps well. It ripens late in the season after Comice and Bosc.

A Little History about Concorde® Pear Concorde® was introduced into the US from the East Malling, England Research Station where it was bred. One of its parents is Conference, which is one of the most popular pears in Europe.
